Quote of the week

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I- I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.

FAQ

Why we do it?
Cause the Chicks Dig it...no wait thats a country song! We do it because we love it. We enjoy the freedom of being in complete control of our lives.

Aren't you always in control? You are a grown adult?
Well, it may seem like it but not really, we used to be at the mercy of the economy and his employers. Now if his job is ending, we don't sweat it, I just start looking for another one elsewhere and we move to where the new job is once he is laid off. Volia, we are in control of our situation.

Oh the children, won't somebody please think of the children! They'll have no friends!
Oh, quite the contrary, they now have friends all over, they may not see them that often, but when they do they have quality time, not just quantity time with them.

But isn't it hard? To have to change jobs and move all the time?
No! That was one of the draws of fulltiming. We were always having to look for jobs anyway, so no difference there, but what was a huge crippling problem, was we were restrained to looking within a 50 mile radius of where we lived. Now that the location of the job is taken out of the equation, we are free to work where ever there is a good paying job instead of having to take an underpaid one just because it was in the area.

Are you rich? How can you afford to buy an RV?
We were not rich, just crazy! We had no house to sell and no real savings, we were pretty much living check to check. We scourged craigslist and dickered down a really great price for our 37 ft Travel Trailer. Where did we get the money? SHHH! but uncle sam gave it to us as a tax return:)

Have you ever been in an RV before?
No, neither of us had every stayed inside an RV before. Everything was a learning experience from dumping, leveling, food storage and purchasing habits. We learned as we went and are still learning little tricks along the way!

Your Crazy!
Yes we are! and happy, and having the times of our life, and enjoying every minute of it!
